WHAT NEUROLOGICAL CONDITIONS DO YOU TREAT?

We holistically treat neurologic issues due to concussion, also known as mild traumatic brain injury, and post-concussion syndrome, including headaches or migraines, cognitive disorders, and insomnia, just to name a few. We also evaluate patients with neck and back pain for neurologic etiologies.

WHAT SERVICES AND TESTING DO YOU PROVIDE?

We provide neurology assessment and treatment, mental health services including cognitive behavioral therapy and cognitive rehabilitation, and vestibular and physical therapy services.

In terms of testing, we provide cognitive assessments, videonystagmography (VNG), occipital nerve blocks, dry needling, and MRI services through Voxel Imaging Services.

DO YOU TREAT CHILDREN?

We do treat children aged 13 and above on case by case basis.

DO YOU ACCEPT HEALTH INSURANCE? DO YOU ACCEPT SELF PAY?

Currently we do not accept any commercial health insurances, including Medicare and Medicaid. We treat primarily personal injury patients.

WHERE DO YOU PROVIDE SERVICES?

We see patients both in-person and over telemedicine. Our office locations reside in Charlotte and Raleigh, NC as well as in Charleston, SC.

We are able to evaluate patients over telemedicine residing in North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Texas, California, and Ohio.
